WHO has organized a Cochrane systematic review team to review the MSF and DNDi studies in Ethiopia and India on treatment of HIV/VL. A WHO Guideline Development Group meeting will be early 2020, to issue new WHO recommendations for treatment of HIV/VL caused by Leishmania donovani.
